Meet the team

Phil Roe joined Logistics UK as President in April 2022 after five years as a non-executive director. Prior to joining he was a board director at DHL Supply Chain which was the culmination of his 35-year career with DHL and XPO. He is also a non-executive director and trustee at the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Roe has substantial experience of supply chain leadership across multiple customers, sectors and geographies, with 35 years’ experience in a variety of senior leadership roles within operations and functional areas. These include Managing Director, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Customer Officer and Strategy Director.

Ben Fletcher became Chief Executive of Logistics UK in January 2026, bringing senior leadership experience from government and major trade bodies. He has led organisational change in the UK’s largest operational government agency, headed the Home Secretary’s strategic policy team and contributed to the successful security operation for the London 2012 Olympics. He later drove international trade opportunities for UK businesses and served as a Director at the London Legacy Development Corporation, delivering the most successful post‑Games regeneration programme. From 2018 to 2025, Ben was Executive Director and COO at Make UK, overseeing membership, policy and commercial services for thousands of manufacturers. He strengthened the organisation’s influence with government, led a major rebrand, expanded international partnerships and enhanced political engagement, contributing to the reintroduction of an Industrial Strategy in 2025.

Andy Fitt has more than 40 years’ experience within UK supply chains working within a variety of sectors and roles. He has worked with some of the major global 3PLs and held Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director roles, most recently as the MD and UK statutory director of Yusen UK Ltd. Fitt is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport and has an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain from Cranfield.

Nikki Wheeler, Deputy Director of Marketing, joined Logistics UK in 2018 with over 20 years’ experience driving growth, brand transformation and marketing innovation across B2B and B2C markets. Having worked for numerous blue chip companies including Time Inc (formerly IPC Media), Informa and the BBC, Nikki brings a wealth of experience leading large cross-functional teams to deliver marketing excellence, streamline operations and elevate brand equity. Nikki leads a diverse, high performing marketing team spanning brand, direct and digital marketing, data and CRM, web and creative services. She oversees strategic marketing delivery across all service areas and events, alongside leading and delivering many key projects including the company name change in 2020 and the creation, launch and ongoing management of Executive Membership.

Ben Garratt joined Logistics UK in early 2023 to form and lead the Public Affairs team. He engages with politicians and other policy makers on the role logistics plays underpinning the economy, and what the business group’s members need to deliver now and for the future. With a background in public affairs and communications in passenger transport and energy, and prior to that, Middle East politics, Garratt is also the policy lead for technology and innovation at Logistics UK.

Dom Roberjot joined Logistics UK in 2024 as part of our events team. With over 30 years of experience in b2b publishing and events across multiple industries, Roberjot has spent his career helping individuals and businesses make meaningful professional connections. In his previous role as publisher of Natural Products News, he helped brands establish major UK and international distribution

Katia is responsible for developing Logistics UK’s strategy for optimising member engagement across the business, elevating the member experience, accelerating membership growth, developing Logistics UK’s executive membership offering, and growing membership across the multimodal sectors. Katia also manages a successful and dynamic Logistics UK’s events team, responsible for planning and delivering a challenging programme of over 30 thought leadership, celebratory and compliance events, that are well-regarded by the wider logistics industry, Logistics UK membership, policy makers, public servants and suppliers to the industry.

Al Richardson joined Logistics UK in 2003. For most of his career with FTA / Logistics UK, Al has devoted his time to Membership and our members, bringing over 20 years’ experience and knowledge in member journeys, communities, perceptions, and value to the Executive Membership team.
